Foundation for Educational Excellence and Development in Agriculture
Investing in the families who feed the world.
FEEDAG funds scholarships and grants for the children of farmers, producers, and ag-industry families, so the next generation can stay in agriculture, not leave it.
Why We Exist
The people who grow our food rarely see its profits.
Across American agriculture, the farmers and producers who do the actual work of growing, raising, and harvesting are frequently living hand-to-mouth, squeezed between rising input costs and thin, unpredictable margins. Meanwhile, much of the surrounding industry (input suppliers, distributors, brokers, service providers) takes its share before a farmer ever sees a payment.
That imbalance falls hardest on the next generation. Talented young people who grew up on farms and ranches are often priced out of the very careers that could strengthen the industry their families built (agronomy, veterinary science, ag business, regulatory affairs, agtech) because the money to pursue that education isn't there.
FEEDAG exists to close that gap: to give back, directly and intentionally, to the families who make agriculture possible.

How We Work
One program. Two ways we fund it.
Scholarships and grants are where the money goes. Industry accountability and community celebration are how we raise it.

Founding partner Chaseman Global has pledged 2% of gross revenue to FEEDAG, and offers clients the option to redirect fee discounts as a donation. Beyond that, 10% of every referral fee we earn goes straight to the foundation. We're inviting other life sciences and agriculture companies to join the pledge.

An annual charity golf day and a planned awards program celebrating excellence in agriculture bring the industry together, and raise funds that go directly to students and families.

Our Vision
A funding model built to last, not just a pledge on paper.
FEEDAG is new, formed in October 2025, and we're building it deliberately: a diversified funding base, a governing board, and a clear promise that every dollar raised moves toward one purpose.
"The people growing our food deserve the same shot at a future in this industry as the companies profiting from it. That's the entire premise of FEEDAG." Chaseman Global, Founding Partner
