FEEDAG scholarships and grants are built for students whose families work the land or serve the industry that supports it, and who want to build a career in agriculture, not leave it behind. Support can go toward tuition, books and supplies, housing costs, or day-to-day food expenses: whatever it takes to keep a student in school.
Eligibility Framework
Who FEEDAG scholarships are for.
Our eligibility framework is being finalized ahead of our first award cycle. Here is the general shape of who we intend to support:
Family background
Applicants must be a child (or legal dependent) of an active farmer, producer, or ag-industry family, including row crop, livestock, dairy, and specialty producers.
Academic path
Enrolled or planning to enroll in an accredited undergraduate or graduate program in an eligible field of study (see below).
Demonstrated need or merit
Final criteria, need-based, merit-based, or a blend of both, are still being set with input from our founding board.
